WE ACCEPT FAMILY PHOTOS ONLY. STUDIO OR PROFESSIONAL PHOTOS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED WITH A PHOTO RELEASE FORM.
We need a 1200x1800 pixel image to get the best quality print. A lower resolution might work for a smaller photo on a collage design. Zoom in on your photos in the program you view them in and check for blurriness or graininess. Please keep in mind that not all photos will work best for reproduction purposes. We cannot fix either blurriness or graininess.
Please send us the unaltered photos. Do not crop or edit. We will adjust for color balance, turn to black & white or sepia tone or whatever photo effect you desire.
Acceptable electronic file formats for photos are .jpg, .gif, .tif, .bmp or .psd.
Please do not submit a home-printed digital image no matter the print quality. Send us the digital file either by e-mail or on disc or send us the original photo via U.S. Postal Service.
IMPORTANT: Please send the email to yourself also using the cc: or bcc: line, so that you can verify that the photos were or were not shrunk by your email program.
